Cell Dreamer across 28 states.
The Million Youth Mission is on a mission to transform the lives of 1 million incarcerated youth, by focusing on growth and opportunity rather than punishment. A key part of this transformation is the Cell Dreamer workbook—an 8-week personal development program designed to help these young people break free from the mindset that holds them back.

Every donation makes an impact. With your support, we can place a Cell Dreamer workbook into the hands of an incarcerated youth, empowering them to discover their worth, set goals, and create a release action plan.

You’re not just giving a book—you’re giving them the chance to dream again, to believe in themselves, and to change the direction of their life.

Together, we have the power to create positive social impact and revitalize the juvenile system.

Nearly 75% of juveniles detained in Massachusetts who complete a diversion program return to their communities without further involvement in the criminal justice system.
This shows the incredible power of second chances and the potential for transformation when youth are given the right support. It’s a testament to the fact that with the right tools, guidance, and belief in themselves, these young people can break the cycle and build brighter futures.
They are living proof that past mistakes don’t define their future—it’s how they rise from them that truly matters.
